Prestige Manufactured Homes has over 20 years experience to provide you with the "Backyard Home Series." These homes are built "off-site" to maximize efficiency, shorten the building time, and minimize disruption in your neighborhood.

 

Prestige Manufactured Homes gives you several choices of alternate Floor Plans. You can even choose your exterior elevation, siding, and roofing materials to match your existing home. A variety of interior decor selections are available including cabinetry, countertop, and floor covering.

 

"Backyard Home Series" are built to meet or exceed the H.U.D. Building Codes and local foundation requirements. All Floor Plans comply with Energy Star requirements and meet the maximum (Zone) seismic regulations for your area.

 

These homes are delivered to site and installed on a permanent foundation or foundation systems by our in-house authorized contractors. We will even help with all permits, plans, and constructions if needed! Simulated Stackstone available, with optional lap siding.
